Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Liblib Publishing. We’re a small, independent publisher, and we take care to ensure that your books arrive safely and promptly.

  1. Processing Times
  • All orders are processed within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary delays (e.g. due to reprints or postal issues), we’ll notify you by email.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent tracked service.
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Europe: Sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked (depending on destination).
    Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
    Estimated delivery: 7–24 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We aim to keep costs fair and transparent.

  1. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.

  1. Combined Orders & Pre-orders

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock availability.
For pre-ordered titles, your order will be dispatched once the book is released — this will be clearly stated on the product page.

  1. Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@liblibpublishing.co.uk with your order number.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item and packaging — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only.
